First and foremost, congratulations on your upcoming wedding ! We understand the importance of your wedding day and the significance your wedding photography has not only on that day, but on the memories you will have of your wedding for the rest of your life. We would be honored to capture your wedding memories.
We know shopping for a wedding photographer can be confusing at times, and we want make it as easy as possible for you. We don't have confusing packages of wedding coverage with print packages - everything is a la carte - making it easy to pick services that match your needs and budget.
Below are overviews of each component in our services, with additional information available in our Wedding Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).
Coverage Pricing
Hourly Coverage OptionsThe major component of our service is coverage - the time we're shooting your wedding, reception and anything in between. Coverage is the only component we charge in hours for.
4 Hours - $600
6 Hours - $800
8 Hours - $1000
Additional hours over 8 at $125/hour.
We recommend that you book us 1.5 hours before the start of the ceremony, to allow for plenty of time for shooting the preparations. We suggest that, if possible, you allow for time in between the wedding and reception for formals and some creative shots with you, the groom and potentially the bridal party.
A 15% deposit is due at the time of your booking. The remaining balance is due the day of your wedding.
Engagement Photo sessions are $150 for 2 hours, with additional hours over 2 at $75/hour.
Included at no extra charge in your coverage rate are your Web Gallery and Proof DVD, both detailed on the next tab titled Your Images.
Your Images
Online Web GalleryOnce we shoot your wedding, we edit and pick the best photos from your shoot. These photos are your final images, or proofs. Four to six weeks after your wedding we'll send you a link to online web gallery where you can view them. The web gallery replaces the proof books the photographers used when they used film. If you'd like a real proof book, we can provide a very nice one for $100.
DVD with Photos
In addition, we'll provide your proofs on a computer-readable DVD with full-resolution JPEG image files. There are no words or graphics on the photos. If you want to get them printed - or print them at home, feel free to do so. You don't have to buy prints from us, but our prints are professionaly printed and definitely look better than prints from a big box retailer or discount online photo printing service.

Your custom web gallery offers gorgeous, color-corrected prints in a variety of sizes. Everything is a la carte - if you only want four 8x10s, you can order just that. Your web gallery also has speciality items such a coffee mugs, puzzles and other fun gift items.
Your wedding gallery can be shared with family and friends, so those from out of town can order directly off the website, and have prints shipped directly to their home.
Albums
Coffee-Table AlbumsAbsolutely stunning coffee-table padded Italian leather or linen-bound wedding albums using your finalized wedding photos are available. Each page is 100 lb glossy, archival quality paper with full-bleed printing.
